Flower Insider didn’t start in a boardroom. It started at a tiny computer shop called Pantheon. I was a teenage Hy-Vee cart-pusher dreaming of a digital future. I walked in with no credit and walked out with a $1,000 desktop—on a handshake and a payment plan. I paid weekly. I kept my word. I never forgot.
That early promise shaped how I lead today: relational over transactional, people first, stability before scale. It’s why FIT serves small businesses, nonprofits, and humble heroes who can’t afford the big dogs—keeping systems steady so they can do what they do best.
