Information you choose to share
If you contact FIT by email or phone, we receive the information you provide so we can respond. The contact form on this website does not submit information to a web database or third-party form processor; it opens your own email application with a draft for you to review and send.
Website and publishing systems
This public site uses static pages and a WordPress publishing system. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp for security and reliability. FIT does not sell personal information.
Client information
Information received during a consulting or managed-services engagement is used only to deliver and support that engagement, maintain security, meet contractual requirements, and comply with law. Access is limited to the people and systems required for the work.
AI and your data
FIT does not place client-sensitive information into an AI service that has not been approved for that engagement. The appropriate tool, data boundary, human-review process, and retention posture are established before sensitive work begins. AI output does not replace qualified human review for financial, legal, clinical, security, or other high-impact decisions.
Cookies and analytics
The repo-controlled public shell does not require advertising cookies. WordPress, hosting, security, or embedded services may set essential or functional cookies when those services are used. Any future analytics or marketing technology should be documented here before it is enabled.
Retention and security
FIT retains information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, the client relationship, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, but FIT uses access controls, documentation, and right-sized safeguards to reduce risk.
